The Hospital Quality & Efficiency Program (HQEP) is an agreement between Augusta Care Partners and Augusta Health that is designed to manage costs and improve quality for the health system. Success in the program is determined by the network’s performance against a defined measure set. If targets are met, Augusta Care Partners is able to share in generated savings and distribute that “shared savings” via incentive payments to eligible network providers. Current performance indicates a projected distribution of over $180k to qualifying network providers.

If you are curious about what requirements you have already met, you can view the provider level incentive dashboard here.
