Projected Distribution and Year-to-Date Performance
The Hospital Quality & Efficiency Program (HQEP) is an agreement between Augusta Care Partners and Augusta Health. The program’s goal is to manage costs and improve quality for the health system. If targets are met, Augusta Care Partners will distribute incentive payments to our eligible network physicians. The projected total distribution is currently at $255K, and a detailed dashboard of year-to-date performance on HQEP metrics can be found here.

The network is currently under-performing on breast and colorectal cancer screenings for the Augusta Health health plan population. In addition to provider education efforts, the ACP Quality Committee is working with Augusta Health to streamline access to cancer screenings & “fast track” appointments for health plan members.
